Apart from Japanese staff, KVC staffs are from Korea, China, Germany, France, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Guinea. Staffs from diversified backgrounds with different language skills enable us to communicate and accept orders from customers all over the world.

Sales

At KVC, basically we do not engage in any new telemarketing operations. As a member of the sales team, your responsibilities will include Handling inquiries regarding the replacement of existing products, responding to new inquiries received through the KVC website, providing information and support to address customer inquiries and connect them with their specific needs, ultimately, you will finalize contracts with clients and visit them when necessary to conduct interviews, clarify their issues, and make service proposals to address their needs. Etc..

Research & Development

While strictly adhering to standard regulations, we implement designs with optimal shapes by making full use of material mechanics and 3D-CAD to proceed with various designs of products that give top priority to customer needs while also considering manufacturing easy-to-use and easy-maintenance products.

Working Hour From 8:45 am to 17:15 pm (1hr 15mn break)
Day off Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays, Summer vacation, End/New Year Holidays (For about 123 days yearly)
Occasional Saturday works a couple of times a year
To be mentioned in the fiscal calendar in advance
Salary Basic Salary, Fixed Overtime Allowance every month
*The fixed overtime allowance for 25 hours will be provided
*Overtime exceeding 25 hours will be paid separately
*The fixed overtime allowance will be provided after the completion of the 3 months probationary period
Bonus Twice a year (Amount may vary depending on performance)
